Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

- Own the development lifecycle end-to-end, from system design, all the way to production
- High level and low level design of the system
- Decide the technologies to employ
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Employ best practices that enable managing a large and rapidly growing codebase
- Ensure automated testing and monitoring of the application
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.

• Have flexibility to work across architectures - building both frontend and backend
• Skilled in programming languages like Javascript, Java, HTML, CSS, (knowledge of Python will be helpful)
• Skilled in modern frameworks such as Node.js, Express.js, React.js and Angular.js
• Work in Java to implement server-side application logic
• Develop & work with databases like Mysql, Oracle, MS sql
• Have an interest in, understanding of, or experience with Design Thinking Methodology
• Have an interest in, understanding of, or experience with Agile development methodology
