Requirement:

To cover the work related to Networks mainly (existing Network LAN infrastructure CCTV Servers and Cameras), Cisco IP Telephony System (Cisco CUCM Servers and Voice Gateway) and Cisco Wireless System (Cisco Wifi Aps and Wireless Controllers)

Maintains computing environment by identifying network requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring network performance.

Job Duties:

1. Provide technical services and support in the following areas:

• Network level: WAN and LAN Connectivity, Routers Firewalls and Switches
• Network Infrastructure, cloud and internal CUCM Servers and Voice Gateway, Cisco Wireless Aps and Cisco Wireless Controller
• Virtual Technologies: VMware and Microsoft (Optional)
• Remote monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications

1. Perform network assessments and security audits
2. Participate in the administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system: update agent scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and periodic system review.
3. Updating the operating system and other applications with latest service pack, antivirus definitions, security patches at server level with the help of OEM support.

Technical Skills

1.    Switching (Capacity Planning and VLANs)

2.    Routing (Static and Dynamic Routing)

3.    Network Security: hands on experience in firewall configuration

4.    Security software such as Anti-virus, Anti-SPAM, Anti-Spyware and other security related technologies and URL Filtering

5.    Knowledge of Network monitoring tool such as NAGIOS or any other technology

6.    Knowledge of Cisco IP telephony system (CUCM Servers and Voice Gateway)

7.    Knowledge of Cisco Wireless system (Cisco Wireless controller and Wifi Aps)

8.    Knowledge on Virtualization such as VMware and Microsoft

9.    Knowledge on MCSE Server Infrastructure

Qualifications & Experience

BE or BTech or Any Bachealor Degree  with 5 Yrs of Experience in the field of Network Administration, implementation and Design and its Maintenance and Management

Certification or Training Required :

1. CCNA – Routing and Switching
2. CCNA- Voice
3. MCSE or MCSA
