Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • To generate maximum revenue by ensuring the achievement of assigned targets in the segment.
  • Market coverage in terms of meeting clients and Ad Agencies
  • To maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their requirements.
  • Prospect and identify sales leads and opportunities.
  • Should have thorough understanding of media business strategy, advertising  and ad sales.
  • To achieve targeted revenues and yields by maximizing the revenue generated from existing and well as developing new advertising clients
  • To prepare sales reports including weekly reports, sales projection reports, monthly sales plan etc through competition tracking and market analysis.
  • Knowledge of online sales ( digitally ) will be highly recommended.
  • Persuading clients to buy advertising space for the company.
  • Finding out who controls the advertising budget in target organizations and contacting them
  • Closing the deal and recording the details
  • Selling Space to target Customers in the Event

Specific competencies (if any):

  • 2-5 years of work experience in Advertising sales.
  • Strong understanding of print sales and media planning process
  • Ability to develop custom marketing proposals and ideas.
