Role-  IT Operation Manager

Nature of Job- Managing IT Operations and will be reporting to Project Manager ,Responsible for complete Day to Day to IT Operations. Responsible for Call & Service Desk Management, IT Budgeting, Audit Accounting, Purchase, Payments Processing etc.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 6-8 years with at least last 3 years on Managerial experience

Exposure- Client facing role, Knowledge on ITIL practices, MIS reporting experience, Exposure to SAP environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:  10+2, Engineering in Computer Sciences or any trade,  MCA , MBA or  10+2+3(Degree)  with MBA 

Certifications-  ITIL, PMP certified or trained & experienced

Communication  Skills- Good communication, in English  Hindi & Gujarati
