Job Description:

• To handle efficiently the road/Rail shipments and provide excellent customer service.
• Responsible for preparation and sharing of various shipping documents with the concerned parties.
• To arrange for the delivery and pick up of shipments from different locations across USA.
• To Track the shipments from Pickup to Delivery for on time order fulfilment.
• To Co Ordinate effectively and efficiently with all the stake holders like (Carrier’s, Receiver’s, Warehouse, Customer’s, Sales Person etc.)

Requirement:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Willing to work in Night Shift (US Shifts)
• Profound knowhow of handling logistics by all modes of transport.
• Well Versed with handling of all common MS programs.
• Strong Operational Background.
• Need to have good hands on experience of SAP T -Codes execution and knowledge of standard SAP reports.
